‘Transparency’ is starting to ‘pop up’ everywhere….Perhaps another useful matter could be ‘Clarity’….have you ever asked your employees what ‘Leadership’ means to them and what they would like to see happen from your side? And as the manager/director is that what you are delivering? Don’t be surprised if their answer is different than what you are doing….What about finding out how to get more ‘clear’ with each other of the meaning of Leadership roles in the workplace and co-construct a path to that will bring a coherent view and purpose. ‘Working with Clarity and Purpose’, by Solution Ways.
